All content and Products are provided for general information only. They are not intended as professional, technical, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating whether any Product is suitable for your specific situation.
3. Licence and Intellectual Property
All Products, materials, and branding are owned by or licensed to Tasson. When you purchase or download a Product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or modify the Products except where explicit permission is given in writing. Purchases made via Gumroad are also subject to Gumroad’s own Terms of Service and payment processing policies.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tasson, its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use any Product or this website. Tasson makes no warranty that any Product will meet your requirements or be error-free. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the Products and website.
5. Returns and Refunds
Because Tasson sells digital products that are delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link or file has been made available. Refunds are only issued if the file is defective or not as described, and a refund request is made within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
6. Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this site.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and applicable United Kingdom law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

2) What we collect
Information you submit via the contact form: your name, email address and message. We do not intentionally collect other personal data via this site. Information we may receive from third-party platforms such as Gumroad when you make a purchase (e.g. name, email address, and transaction details) in order to deliver your product and provide support.
3) Why we use it (lawful basis)
To read and respond to your enquiry and manage follow-up communications. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) given via the consent checkbox. For basic administration and record-keeping, we may rely on legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4) Cookies & tracking
This site does not use analytics cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics or third-party embeds in future, we will update this notice before enabling them.
5) Sharing your data
We do not sell your data. We may share limited information with essential service providers (e.g., email hosting) strictly to operate this site and respond to you. These providers are bound by contract to protect your data.
6) International transfers
